Ancient Greece is such a huge topic, we needed to continue the topic this term.  

We read the book To the Edge of the World by Julia Green.

We investigated the Archipelago Islands and St Kilda.  We looked at evidence of the community that existed there before it was evacuated in August 1930.

DT this term was looking at Frame Structures. We concluded that Triangles made the best frame, and we used this information to create shelters for the characters from the class book, Mara & Jamie.

We were taught crochet skills by Stephen's mum & Ava & Alyssia's grandma as well as a Elin from Elton village and made friendship bracelets.

In science, we have started looking at sound, which we'll continue exploring after the Easter break.

We also showed off our acting talents by presenting our class assembly to the whole school and year 3/4 parents.
